Kidney cyst

Symptoms: in generally, no symptoms, most of patients be detected by physical examination or due to other disease to have imageological examination. Part of patients feel damaged kidney side back pain, but it often not direct caused by kidney cyst. Big cyst, especially the cyst that internal haemorrhage or infection will appear obvious back pain. For example, if cyst happen press ureter or the neck of kidney calices will cause hydronephrosis and secondary infection, then, patients will appear back pain, fever, urinary tract infection and other symptoms.
